Sometimes your handphone get trouble in software whether infected by virus or too many programs installed in the phone and that's all makes you get sucked.
One solution to restore to the beginning setting is by resetting or reformatting the handphone. In this post, I'll show you how to do it
***Warning: before you doing this, please backup all of your data, because all of the data in the phone will be erased or removed
the way number 1:
- Turn on your handphone
- Please dial *#7370#
- Type in your security code [only if asked]
- Wait a few minutes. Done
or
just use the way number 2:
- turn off your handphone
- press altogether keypad [3] + [*] + [dial phone] + [power]. Wait till formatting begin
- Note: this way a little difficult to do, but by doing practice you can do it
